Secure Intake
Complaints submitted via the portal are routed directly to the Anti-Discrimination Officer under complete confidentiality parameters.
Stage 2
Preliminary Review
The EOC standing committee reviews the logged grievance points, checks verified details, and defines the tracking timeline within 3 working days.
Stage 3
Fact Analysis
Formal inquiries are initiated where concerned parties submit records before the appointed committee members.
Stage 4
Resolution Action
The cell issues its final findings, coordinating structural corrections or academic disciplinary penalties with college management.
