About Patna Sahib Education Trust
Govind National College, Narangwal (Ludhiana) is established, funded, and managed by the Patna Sahib Education Trust. The trust was instituted on January 25, 1966, by its visionary founder, Late S. Joginder Singh Grewal (PP Sahib), under the spiritual motivation and guidance of Sant Baba Gurdit Singh Ji (Kutia Sahib Wale).
Following its inception, the foundation stone of the campus was ceremonially laid down by Sant Baba Harbans Singh Ji on April 24, 1966. Since its founding charter, the sponsoring body has actively steered the institution’s mission to disperse high-quality higher education across rural Punjab, expanding from baseline degree programs into technical, physical education, and postgraduate science frameworks.
