I am greatly rejoiced and proudly place on record the fact that Govind National College established in 1966, the visionary dream of its founders, the humble servants of education with a mission to transform the youth into the great citizen of the nation. Keeping pace with the digitized India, the college will now have a new website. With a state of the art building the college has an excellent infrastructure and modern amenities.

The qualified and dedicated staff make this institution a hub of academic excellence. Academic staff of the college has significant knowledge about paradigm shift in the educational system. Hence, they strive to develop in students the knowledge, confidence and requisite skills for overall development of personality and jobs. Apart from that, emphasis is put on the mental, intellectual and moral upliftment of the students so that they can lead a healthy and sound life with a positive perspective.

Our college cares for the individual development of each and every student. The College focuses on providing maximum practical experience to the students by practical implementation of their gained bookish knowledge. Thus they inculcate the capabilities and potential to face the challenges. The College offers various courses in all the streams of Arts, Science, Commerce, Computer, Physical Education Courses and Vocational Courses. Various Committees are formed to help the students, and the staff and to run the College successfully.

Cultural and Co-curricular activities certainly form an integral part of the education. Our college successfully organises these activities for the students. Our sports persons represent the college at various University, Inter University and National events. The college, all along its journey, has striven towards excellence with the collaboration of all the concerned, namely management of the college, hard working faculty members, non-teaching staff, parents, students and well wishers to each one of whom we convey our sincere and profound appreciation with an ardent hope that they will forever continue to support and stand by the institution which they cherish so much.
